Governing Your Use of the pk3888 Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

Providing false registration details — including an incorrect name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk3888 login credentials, including your username and password. pk3888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.

• Do not share your pk3888 account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your pk3888 account and update it regularly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All pk3888 financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are tier-dependent and displayed within your pk3888 account cashier.

pk3888 processes withdrawals only to payment methods previously used to deposit to the account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the account holder's name. This anti-money laundering measure applies without exception.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Only gameplay with Real Money Balance contributes to wagering unless specifically noted.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the pk3888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

• Bets are confirmed and binding once accepted by the pk3888 system. Confirmation is provided on-screen. pk3888 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, pk3888 will resolve the game or bet based on system logs at the point of failure. The outcome of round-in-progress games interrupted by server issues will be determined by the game provider's rules.
• pk3888 cricket betting odds are provided in real time and may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applicable to that bet.
• Void bets — for example, due to a match abandonment or data error — are returned to the player's Real Money Balance in full.
• All live dealer game outcomes are final once announced by the dealer. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the session ending.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk3888 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pk3888 Platform in any manner not provided by pk3888.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk3888 shall not be liable for any of the following, howsoever caused:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond pk3888's reasonable control (including but not limited to network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures).
• Any outcome of a game or bet where the Player has not complied with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk3888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pk3888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pk3888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• The Player is found to be ineligible (e.g., underage, duplicate account, restricted jurisdiction).
• pk3888 is required to do so by a regulator, law enforcement authority, or court order.

In the event of termination for breach, pk3888 reserves the right to withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, Real Money Balance (net of any void bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Bonus Balance is not returnable in any termination scenario.

Players may voluntarily close their pk3888 account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled and any resulting Real Money Balance returned as above.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with pk3888 regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to the pk3888 support team at the email address listed in Clause 16. Provide your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk3888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to fee structures, dispute processes, or eligibility criteria — pk3888 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to affected accounts and by posting a notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the pk3888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your remedy is to close your account before the effective date. Any pending bets or withdrawals will be settled under the Terms in force at the time they were initiated.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk3888's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

These Terms do not confer any rights on third parties under any applicable third-party rights legislation. The failure of pk3888 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
